Just like you, we’re agency owners too. We’ve been running our own ad agency for over seven years now, so we know the importance of client acquisition.

To generate appointments, we used to spend eye-watering amounts on paid ads, hassle our existing clients for referrals and network like mad – all just to sign a couple of new clients each month.

This is until we discovered the power of outreach… done properly. 

The agency quickly turned a corner. We stopped relying solely on paid ads and referrals because we finally had a consistent flow of new clients.

Although the agency still runs to this day, our passion lies in helping other agencies generate the same results inside their business, so they can finally solve the issue that plagues most agencies which is client acquisition – and more specifically, appointment generation.

Fast-forward to today and we now have a team of A-Players working one-on-one with our clients, helping and supporting them generate new appointments and growing their agencies.

Laurence, Founder & CEO

Laurence has over ten years’ experience working in the marketing industry. He launched his first SMMA, Laurence Marketing, in 2017. Since then, he has been taking his learnings and using them to support other agencies grow their business.

Andy, Chief Operating Officer

Andy has been with us for four years. He works closely with Laurence to ensure Hey Ewe is providing the best service and results for its clients, as well as managing the client success team.

Gerald, Client Success Manager

Gerald is passionate about delivering exceptional results. He has almost half a decade experience in the customer service industry and enjoys working in a team environment.
